Fugglydog.com Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

The t-shirts shipping price is $6 per tshirt anywhere in Canada. If your order is from another country we will contact you before billing takes place to ensure you agree to the shipping cost.

Shipping will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Fugglydog.com will aim to deliver goods as stated but cannot guarantee shipping by such a date.

2. Cancellation

If you order goods, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day following the shipping of the goods. In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the goods and FugglyDog will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.

If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, FugglyDog will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on fugglydog.com.

If your order is for the provision of services, please note that you will be unable to cancel the contract once performance of the services has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Returns

You can return any purchase for goods within 30 days of the date the goods are received for any reason, on the sole condition that any item is returned to FugglyDog in its original condition. FugglyDog will issue a full refund for the price that was paid for the item.

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time, but please keep any warranty information that accompanies the item as this will be needed should there be a fault.

If you take shipping of a purchase from FugglyDog and the contents have been damaged in transit, you may return the item(s) to FugglyDog within 30 days of receipt for an exchange.

If you return an item because of an error on FugglyDog's part or because it is defective, FugglyDog will be happy to refund the shipping charges incurred in sending the item to you and the costs of returning it to FugglyDog. If cancelling the purchase under the statutory 7 working days cooling-off period, FugglyDog will refund the normal postage charge for the shipping of that item but cannot refund any express or courier postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided in connection with your purchase.
